Exercise 1:
Basic Position: Attention
- Lift the leg and take half squat from the knee. Both the hand in front. The palms facing each other.
- Raise on the toes of both the legs. Take the hands upward. Keep them straight. Palms facing each other.
- As per count-1.
- Attention. 5 to 8 - As above on right leg.
Exercise 2:
Basic Position: Attention
- Put left leg on left side. Bend both the hands from elbows and pull downward. Fists closed and near the shoulders.
- Raise on both the legs. Keep the hands straight above. palms facing each other.
- As per count-1.
- Attention. 5 to 8 - As above on right leg.
Exercise 3:
Basic Position: Attention
- Put the leg on left side. Toes touching the ground. Both the hands straight on the sides. palms facing the ground.
- Take the hands over the head and clap.
- As per count-1.
- Attention. 5 to 8 - As above on right leg.
Exercise 4:
Basic Position: Attention
- Raise on toes. Both the hands straight in front. Palms facing each other.
- Bend the hands from elbows. Keep them in line with shoulders. Palms facing ground and in front of the chest. Fingers touching each other. Bend legs from knees and have half squat.
- Straighten the legs. Keep the hands sideward. Palms facing the ground.
- Attention. 5 to 8 - As above.
Exercise 5:
Basic Position: Toes of the legs together and attention position.
- Bend both the legs from the knees and take half squat. Hands straight in front. Palms facing each other.
- Basic position.
- Bend both the legs from the knees and take half squat. Hands straight on sides. Palms facing the ground.
- Basic position. 5 to 8 - As above.
Exercise 6:
Basic Position: Attention.
- Both the hands straight in front. Palms facing each other.
- Both the straight on the sides. Palms facing the ground.
- As per count-1.
- Attention. 5 to 8 - As above.
Exercise 7:
Basic Position: Attention.
- Jump with legs apart. Bend the hands from elbows. Fists toward the shoulders.
- Bend the trunk forward from the waist. Touch the toes with both the hands. Knees straight.
- As per count-1.
- Attention. 5 to 8 - As above.
Exercise 8:
Basic Position: Attention.
- Put left leg on left side. Toes touching the ground. Heels raised. Hands straight and crossed on the head.
- Basic position
- Put right leg on right side. Toes touching the ground, Heels raised. Hands straight and crossed on the head.
- Attention.
